 If OK:
 If NG:  Check Source &
 Customer Picture Cables
Test  Test other inputs
 If NG:
 T-Con Board Test

 T-CON Board Status LEDs.
 All Status LEDs are On
 T-CON DC Supplies are OK
 If one LED Off:
 TCON Board (defective)
 If all LEDs off:
 12V fuse on TCON, if open replace TCON
 12Vdc from Main Board/LVDS/SMPS
TCON Board
Mute 147 Mute
Panel
 Panel Ribbons
 If NG one side:
 Swap Panel Ribbons
 If problem moves to
other side
 Replace defective
Ribbon
 If it stays same side
 Replace TCON
 Still NG
 Panel
 BL OK but no or NG
Video
 T-CON first
