Designated use

The personal and travel alarm serves as a deterrence for harassment by pulling the alarm pin. The integrated motion sensor (passage alarm) is triggered by movement and releases an alarm for 15 seconds. It also features an integrated LED lamp which can be used as flashlight. The designated use is also defined by the instruction manual and in following the appliance and the warnings mentioned in this user manual. This device is only designed for your personal safety and convenience not for commercial or industrial use.

This product or its packaging are no toys and should not be handled by infants and small children. Children cannot assess the dangers connected with electrical devices and/or packaging material. Do not leave the packaging material lying around.

Loud alarm signal!
Do not expose your hearing to this sound for an extended period of time, otherwise severe hearing loss can be the result!

Don't activate the alarm near your ears!
This product is not a toy and should not be handled by infants and small children. Children cannot assess the dangers connected with electrical devices.
Do not leave the packaging material lying around. Children might play with the plastic bags and risk suffocation.
This device should only be opened and/or repaired by an expert or a person who is qualified to do so. Only original spare parts may be used.
If the device is not used for a longer period of time, the batteries should be taken out of the device. Batteries stored and active over a longer period of time may leak.
If you have doubts on the function or questions, please contact your local dealer or our service center.
Keep batteries and rechargeable batteries away from children. Expired or damaged batteries can cause cauterization on contact with the skin.

Clean and maintenance

Always use a soft, dry and lint-free cloth to clean the unit's exterior. If the device is extremely dirty you can use a soft cloth, dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to clean.

Functions

This system has three functions

MOTION SENSOR: The integrated PIR motion sensor recognizes movement in a horizontal detection zone of 30° and a detection distance of up to 3 meters. The alarm goes off for 15 seconds and silences again afterwards.
LED LIGHT: Bright, white light while pressing the light button.
PANIC ALARM: This alarm is used to trigger an immediate siren.

Getting started

Activating the batteries

Slide the cover of the battery compartment into the direction of the arrow (a).
The alarm is delivered with 3x LR44 (each 1,5 V). To avoid discharge of the batteries, a protection foil was put into the battery compartment. Remove before first use. Ž
When putting in new batteries, make sure „+" is showing towards „-" (b).
Put back the cover of the battery compartment onto the device afterwards (c).

Motion sensor

Place the device onto a vibration-free, dry and even surface within 3 meters of the area you want to detect movement in.
Slide the cover downwards.
Slide the „OFF/AUTO" switch to „AUTO" to activate the motion sensor alarm.
After an entry delay of 35 seconds, which allows you to leave the area, the motion sensor detects any movement within the detection area and triggers a 15 seconds alarm and goes to default afterwards.
