This user manual contains important information for the safe use of the product. Therefore, for your own safety and for a successful use, please read this user manual completely before assembling and using the product.

Designated use

This personal mini alarm with keychain is an alarm unit with an 120 db siren tone and triggered when the keychain is pulled. It also features a small LED light. The lights in the product can not be replaced. The designated use is also defined by the instruction manual and in following the appliance and the warnings mentioned in this user manual. This device is only designed for your personal safety and convenience not for commercial or industrial use.

Do not expose your hearing to this sound for an extended period of time, otherwise severe hearing loss can be the result!

Don't activate the alarm near your ears!
This product is not a toy and should not be handled by infants and small children. Children cannot assess the dangers connected with electrical devices.
Do not leave the packaging material lying around. Children might play with the plastic bags and risk suffocation.
This device should only be opened and/or repaired by an expert or a person who is qualified to do so. Only original spare parts may be used.
If the device is not used for a longer period of time, the batteries should be taken out of the device. Batteries stored and active over a longer period of time may leak.

Activating the batteries

The alarm is supplied with a 3 V CR2032 battery integrated. To protect the batteries from discharging a transportation foil has been inserted.
To activate the device pull out the transportation foil from the battery compartment.

To change the battery, the compartment at the side of the product needs to be screwed open (Figure 2).
Activating the batteries
Pull out the battery compartment sidewards, remove the old battery and put it a new 3 V CR2032 battery. Please note the correct polarity of the battery. The + symbol must point towards the side of the enclosure where the LED button is located.

Using the alarm

The alarm is activated when the contact pin on the keychain is pulled out a little bit. The contact pin can not be removed completely, to avoid loss of any product parts (Figure 3).
To silence the alarm reinsert the contact pin into the device.

Using the LED lamp

Push the LED button on the upper side of the housing. The white LED shines as long as you push this button.

Risk of eye injuries caused by high light intensity.

LED lamps are extremely bright. You must not, under any circumstances, look directly into the emitted light as this may cause permanent damage to your eyes. Never point the LED light directly towards other people or animals.

Cleaning and maintenance

Always use a soft, dry and lint free cloth to clean the unit's exterior. If the device is extremely dirty you can use a soft cloth, dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to clean. Never use any abrasive or harsh cleaning agents (e.g. alcohol, petrol or thinners) as these could damage the controls, casing or any markings and labels found on the device.
