TROUBLES AND ACTIONS

repairs.
Problem
Speed of travel, swing, boom, arm
and bucket is slow
Pump generates abnormal noise
Excessive rise in hydraulic oil
temperature
Track comes off
Abnormal wear of sprocket
Bucket rises slowly, dose not rise
The engine speed does not
change, even if the fuel adjusting
dial is turned

Main causes
Lack of hydraulic oil
Clogged strainer in hydraulic tank
Loose fan belt
Lack of hydraulic oil
Track too loose
Lack of hydraulic oil
The swift deceleration switch is
turned ON.

Adding oil to specified level,

Turn off the swift deceleration
monitor lamp in the monitor
panel by depressing the swift
deceleration switch.
