SmartHQ Management App (For customers in the United States only)
SmartHQ Management is an application that guides the owner
through the appliance connection and setup process in the
SmartHQ Management Portal. The owner will use the mobile
application to commission devices to their WiFi network, assign
location, and set unique names to help with identification of units.
To get started:
1) Go to www.geappliances.com/commerciallaundry
2) Click "CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT".
3) Follow the instructions to set up your account and connect your
appliance to WiFi.
NOTE: Without this step, you will not be able to run app cycles.

Launderday Mobile App
Launderday is a mobile application that allows consumers to reserve machines by scanning the QR code located
on the unit. Once a machine is reserved, the user can use the app to view prices, pay for cycles, receive cycle
notifications, and check cycle/transaction history. Scanning the QR code on the machine directs the consumer to
download the app. Alternatively, Launderday can be found and downloaded directly from App Store for iOS devices and
from Google Play for Android devices.
NOTE: The unit must be connected to WiFi before the QR code is enabled and the app can be used.
