I have Andersen Frenchwood Outswing doors installed in 2011, two doors, one primary and one secondary opening. The information on the doors said that "If Hook Bolts, on edge of Active Panel, do not stay in position when locking or if operation is hard, adjust the Hook Bolt Receivers". In my case, operation is so hard I am afraid I am going to break the door handle when I try to actuate the lock. The paperwork does not tell me how to adjust the Hook Bolt Receiver. Can you help me.
