Getting Started
To ensure proper use of your camera, be sure to read the 2 Important Safeguards and Warnings,
page 2.
5.1 Turn Your Camera On
1. Charge your camera before using it for the first time. Open the sealing cap covering the USB
port, then connect the micro-USB cable to your camera for charging. Plug the other end to a
charger and power source.
2. Press and hold
until your camera's screen turns on.
5.2 Adjust the Diopter
Before you begin, it is highly recommended that you adjust your camera's diopter to your eye-
sight. Focusing your view will minimize eye strain and fatigue.
• Point your camera at something solid.
• Begin turning the diopter adjustment dial. As you are adjusting the dial, move it left or right
until the display appears clearly in your camera's screen.
5.3 Menu Navigation
Use your camera's buttons to navigate through the menu.
While your camera is on, press and hold
