"How does the TV sound to you? You're hearing the sound in both ears,
in stereo. If you want more/less volume, you can use the buttons just
like we did with the phone call. You can even get up and walk around,
walk into the kitchen for a glass of water, and the sound will stay with
you. Any time you are in range (about 50 feet), you will automatically
be reconnected without having to push any buttons."
Let the member adjust the volume and walk around the room/office.

"Earlier you mentioned you would like to hear better on the phone
and/or the TV. Now that you've been able to experience the sound
quality of the hearing aids, in the normal Automatic program as
well as through your cell phone and TV, what do you think? I highly
recommend this hearing aid as a solution to help meet your hearing
goals. Do you agree?"
