For additional protection it is reasonable to install a residual current device (RCD) with nominal operation current not exceeding 30 mA. To install RCD contact a specialist.

SAFETY MEASURES

Before using the unit, read the instruction manual carefully. Follow all the warnings and operating recommendations for operation of the unit listed in this instruction manual.
Keep this instruction manual and use it for future reference.

  • Before switching on make sure that the voltage of the electric network corresponds to the operating voltage of the unit.
  • For children safety keep polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, away from children.

Attention!
To prevent suffocation do not allow children play with polyethylene bags and film.

Such plastic bag is not a toy!

  • Place the unit on the flat, moisture-resistant surface.
  • Before using the unit, closely examine the power cord and the steam tube and make sure that they are not damaged. If there are any damages in the power cord or steam tube do not use the unit.
  • Avoid contact of the power cord with hot and sharp surfaces. Avoid damaging the isolation of the power cord.
  • Use only removable parts supplied with the unit.
  • Do not use the unit without steam tube installed.
  • Do not operate the unit without water, disconnect the unit from the power supply when the water tank becomes empty.
  • Do not move or tilt the unit during its operation.
  • Do not use sparkling water, any perfume additives or starch solution.
  • In order to avoid getting of burns by hot steam before setting and removing the brush attachment unplug the unit and let it cool down.
  • Unplug the unit before removing the water tank.
  • Do not cover the sprayer openings and avoid getting of foreign objects inside them.
  • Telescopic stand should be completely straightened during operation to prevent bending of the steam tube and provide free steam release.
  • Do not pull the steam tube strongly to prevent damage and steam leakage. Do not use steam tube for carrying the unit.
  • Do not immerse the unit, the power plug or the power cord into water or other liquids.
  • Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
  • Never leave the operating unit unattended.
  • Use the unit only for the intended purposes. Do not direct the sprayer at the wooden furniture, electrical appliances, books and objects, which can be damaged by moisture.
  • Never steam clothes on a person as the steam temperature is very high, use a hanger.
  • Always unplug the unit and pour out water from the water tank if you do not use the unit.
  • Clean garment steamer regularly.
  • Never allow children to use the unit as a toy.
  • This unit is not intended for usage by children or disabled persons unless they are given all the necessary instructions on safety measures and information about danger that can be caused by improper usage of the unit.
  • Close supervision is needed when children or disabled persons use the unit.
  • Do not use the unit outdoors.
  • Never pull the power cord when disconnecting the unit from the mains, take the plug and carefully pull it out of the socket.
  • Do not dismantle the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected, apply to the nearest authorized service center.

THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USAGE ONLY

UNIT PURPOSE

The unit can be used for any types of clothes and fabrics. If you have any doubts whether you can use the unit to steam some fabric or clothes follow manufacturer's recommendations. If such information is not available, try to steam the fabric back-side using the unit.
When ironing such fabrics as silk or corduroy, treat the fabric with steam by holding the brush away from the material.
Use the brush attachment (12) to remove unnecessary lint and threads.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

  1. Unpack the unit, remove any stickers that prevent normal operation of the unit.

Note: In case of unit transportation or storage at low temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.

  1. Loosen the clamp (5) rotating it counterclockwise. Set the telescopic stand (15) into the place of setting (6), rorate the clamp (5) clockwise.
  2. Loosen the clamps (14), extend the stand (15), fix the clamps (14).
  3. Set the hanger for clothes (16) on the stand (15).
  4. Fasten the nut (8) in the fixation place (7) rotating it clockwise.
  5. Set the brush attachment (12) on the sprayer (13).

Attention! Before setting/removing the brush (12) always unplug the unit.

  1. Fix the sprayer (13) on the holder (18).

STEAMER OPERATION

  1. Open the lid (3) of the water tank (4) rotating it counterclockwise.
  2. Fill the tank (4) with water, close the lid (3) rotating it clockwise.

Attention! Before filling the tank (4) with water make sure that the unit is unplugged.
Do not use hot water. To extend the operation period of the steamer it is recommended to use distilled and demineralised water.

  1. Place the water tank (4) on the body (2).
  2. Regulate the position of the hanger (16). Fix clean clothes on the hanger (16).

Note: Be careful when fixing clean clothes on the hanger (16). Too strong pressure may cause deformation.
Never steam clothes on a person as the steam temperature is very high, use a hanger (16).

  1. Connect the unit to the mains.
  2. Press the button (1), the operation indicator (1) will light up.
  3. Wait for intensive steam release from the sprayer openings (13). It will take some time.
  4. Hold the sprayer (13) by the handle (10) so that the protective cover (11) shall be over your hand and protect you from hot steam.
  5. Take the sprayer (13) to the bottom of clothes item. Steam will go along the external and internal surface of fabric ironing the folds. Slowly move the sprayer vertically bottom-upwards. Straighten the fabric using the free hand.

Note: Do not allow bending of the steam tube (9).

  1. After finishing operation press the button (1) and unplug the unit.
  2. Let the clothes dry and cool down.

Note: Do not run the unit for more than 45-60 minutes continuously.

Cleaning curtains and furniture upholstery

  • Curtains may be ironed without taking them down.
  • Thick fabric may require additional steaming.
  • You can also improve the external appearance of furniture upholstery by treating it with the steam.

CLEANING AND CARE

  • Periodically wipe down the unit body (only after it has cooled completely) with a damp cloth.
  • The brush attachment (12) can be washed in water with a small amount of soft cleanser.
  • Do not use abrasives and solvents.

Scale removing

  1. Pour 1 liter of water mixed with 2 tea spoons of citric acid into the water tank (4).
  2. Switch on the unit by pressing the button (1).
  3. Let the unit work until the steam release will stop completely (about 40 minutes).
  4. Switch off the unit, rinse the water tank (4) with running water, fill the tank with 1 liter of clean water.
  5. Let the unit work until the steam release will stop completely (about 40 minutes).

STORAGE

  1. Unplug the unit and wait till it cools down completely.
  2. Fold the hanger (16) by pressing the button (17).
  3. Pour out water from the water tank (4) and dry the tank.
  4. Fold the stand (15) and disconnect the tube (9) by unscrewing the nut (8).
  5. Wrap the tube (8) around the stand (15) and place the sprayer (13) on the holder (18).
  6. Before taking the unit away for storing, disconnect the stand (15) by turning the clamp (5) counterclockwise.
  7. Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool place.

TRANSPORTATION AT LOW TEMPERATURES

  1. If it is necessary to transport the unit at low temperatures pour out water from the water tank (4) and the body (2).
  2. Switch on the unit by pressing the button (1) and let it work with empty water tank (4) several minutes until steam release stops.
