Converting from Recycling to
Rear Discharging
1. Remove the Recycler cover from the mower.
2. Move the height-of-cut lever into the lowest position.
3. Slide the rear discharge chute behind the discharge tube.
4. Secure the discharge chute to the mower.

Note: The grass collector cover can remain attached to
the tractor.
Converting from Bagging to
Rear Discharging
1. Secure the deflector to the discharge tube and the rear
plate with the bolt, washer, and nut provided in the kit.
Note: Install the bolt from the inside of the discharge
tube and the deflector. Attach a washer and a nut to the
bolt from the outside of the deflector.
2. Secure the discharge tube to the discharge chute using
the outer washer and nut (Fig. 2).
Note: The grass collector cover can remain attached to
the tractor.
