Booster Pack
MJs5000 Limited Warranty:
Matco warrants this booster pack for a period of 1 year from original purchase. We will repair any MJS5000
covered under this warranty which proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty
period. In order to have your tool repaired, return the booster pack to Tri-County Power Tool. Please include
your name and address, evidence of the purchase date , and a description of the suspected defect. NoTe:
Consistent improper charging will dramatically affect the life of the battery and could possibly void the
warranty. The warranty will also be voided if the booster pack has been misused, neglected, altered or
improperly installed, or if it has been repaired by anyone other than Matco or Tri-County Power Tool. The
booster pack will be inspected and if any part or parts are found to be defective in material or workmanship,
the booster pack will be repaired free of charge and returned to you, freight pre-paid. The foregoing
obligation is Matco's sole liability under this or any implied warranty and under no circumstances shall
Matco be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Please refer to page 4 for a list of replacement parts available for purchase. The battery is included in the
warranty for the MJS5000, but the cords and cables/clamps set are consumable and not covered under the
one year warranty.
