Pouch zipper

Press the pouch zipper icon and the window will show the
step-by-step icon keys.
Repare 2 pieces of fabric and a zipper tape.
NOTE:
Dual feed foot VD (single) and dual feed
zipper foot ED (single) appear on the
visual touch screen when the dual feed
key is pressed. They are optional items.
Zipper foot ED (single) is used with dual
feed foot VD (single) together.

Sew back right side
Attach the zipper foot E.
Open the zipper.
Place the right sides of the fabric and zipper tape together

aligning both right edges.

Seam along the zipper aligning the right edge of the foot

and zipper tape.
Stop 5 cm (2˝) before zipper foot E reaches the slider on
the zipper tape. Close the zipper and stitch the remainder
of the seam.

w Wrong side of the zipper tape

Sew back left side
Fold back the right seam allowance.
Place the right sides of the other fabric and zipper tape
together aligning both left edges.
Open the zipper and seam along the zipper aligning the
left edge of the foot and zipper tape.
Stop 5 cm (2˝) before zipper foot E reaches the slider on
the zipper tape. Close the zipper and stitch the remainder
of the seam.

Topstitch front left side
Fold back the seam allowance.
Spread the fabric open flat with the right side of the fabric
facing up. Open the zipper.
Stitch along the fold of fabric, aligning the right side of the
zipper foot with the folded edge.
Stop 5 cm (2˝) before zipper foot E reaches the slider on
the zipper tape. Close the zipper and stitch the remainder
of the seam.
Topstitch front right side
Open the zipper. Stitch along the fold of fabric, aligning
the left side of the zipper foot with the folded edge.
Stop 5 cm (2˝) before zipper foot E reaches the slider on
the zipper tape. Close the zipper and stitch the remainder
of the seam.
