Sicherheit Diese Betriebsanleitung enthält grundlegende Hinweise, die bei Aufstellung, Betrieb und Wartung zu beachten sind. Daher ist diese Betriebsanleitung unbedingt vor Montage und Inbetriebnahme vom Monteur sowie dem zuständigen Fachpersonal/Betreiber zu lesen und muss ständig am Einsatzort der Maschine/Anlage verfügbar sein. Es sind nicht nur die unter diesem Hauptpunkt Sicherheit aufgeführten, allgemeinen Sicherheitshinweise zu beachten, sondern auch die unter den anderen Hauptpunkten eingefügten, speziellen Sicherheitshinweise, so z. - Page 5 2.2 Personalqualifikation und -schulung Das Personal für Bedienung, Wartung, Inspektion und Montage muss die entsprechende Qualifikation für diese Aufgaben aufweisen. Verantwortungsbereich, Zuständigkeit und die Überwachung des Personals müssen durch den Betreiber genau geregelt sein. Liegen bei dem Personal nicht die notwendigen Kenntnisse vor, so ist dieses zu schulen und zu unter- weisen.
- Page 6 2.6 Sicherheitshinweise für Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Montagearbeiten Der Betreiber hat dafür zu sorgen, dass alle Wartungs-, Inspektions-, und Montagearbeiten von autorisiertem und qualifiziertem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden, das sich durch eingehendes Studium der Betriebsanleitung ausreichend informiert hat. Die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sind zu beachten. Grundsätzlich sind Arbeiten an der Maschine nur im Stillstand durchzuführen.

Die Gegenstrom-Schwimmanlagen sind für den Betrieb an Schwimmbecken konstruiert. Es muss auf die Angaben in der Einbau-, Montage- und Betriebsanleitung geachtet werden, da besondere Anforderungen für Pumpen zur Verwendung an Schwimmbecken bestehen. Die Pumpe wird mit Hilfe des Schlauches Ihres Handbodenreinigers und der Filteranlage entlüftet bzw. aufgefüllt. Bedienung 8.1 Das Ein- und Ausschalten der Anlage wird durch Druck auf den in der Haube eingebauten Pneumatiktaster vorgenommen (Bild 2). Der Taster kann vom Becken aus betätigt werden. 8.2 Die Luftregulierung ermöglicht es, über die Düse Luft anzusaugen um so einen Perlbadeffekt zu erreichen. -

Safety This operation manual gives basic instructions which are to be observed during installation, operation and maintenance of the pump. It is therefore imperative that this manual be read by the responsible personnel/operator prior to assembly and commissioning. It is always to be kept available at the installation site. Any work on the machine shall only be performed when it is at a standstill, it being imperative that the procedure for shutting down the machine described in this manual be followed.

This counterswim unit is designed for operation on swimming pools. The instructions contained in this manual should be followed closely, since pumps used in swimming pool applications are subject to special requirements. Mounting 3.1 Select mounting site and prepare in accordance with figure 7. -
Page 25: Filling The Unit
The pump will be filled with water and purged of air using the hose of your manual vacuum cleaner or your filter unit. To do so please proceed as follows: 4.1 Make sure the BADU Jet active has been fixed solidly to the pool wall before starting. 4.2 CAUTION In order to be able to purge the pump the air regulation has to be completely closed otherwise it could draw air. -

Electrical Connection Power source: 1~, 220 – 240 V, 50 Hz All electrical connections should be made by a licensed electrician under strict observation of the rules and regulations of DIN VDE 0100 part 1 and part 702/A1.
