Troubleshooting
Refer to the symptoms and measures lsted below before sendng the projector for
repars. If the problem perssts, contact your local reseller or servce center.
Please refer to "LED Indcator Messages" as well.
Symptom
No power.
Power goes out
during use.
No image appears
on screen.
Partial, scrolling
or incorrectly
displayed image.
Image is unstable
or flickering.
Image has vertical
flickering bar.
Image is out of
focus.

Cause
The AC power cord s not
plugged n.
The AC power cord s not
connected to the projector.
The lamp cover s loose.
The temperature s too hgh.
The ventlaton holes are
blocked.
The projector s not turned on.
The connectons setup s not
correctly.
The connected devces are
not functonng properly.
Lens cap s not removed.
"Blank" functon s actvated.
The nput sgnal s not
supported by the projector.
The sgnal tmng of the
dsplay does not synchronze
wth the graphc card.
The dsplay data frequency
does not match the frequency
of your computer's graphc
card.
The lens focus s not adjusted
optmally.
The projecton dstance s
not wthn the projector's
supported range.
Solution
Plug n the AC power card.
Connect the AC power cord
to the projector correctly.
Tghten the screws on the
lamp cover.
Unplug the AC power cord
and wat for a short whle,
then turn the power back on.
Place the projector so that
the ventlaton holes are not
blocked.
Turn the projector on.
Check that all connectons
are setup correctly.
Check that all connected
devces are functonng
properly.
Remove the lens cap and
turn the projector on.
Cancel "Blank" functon.
Press remote control's "Auto"
button.
Use "Phase" to correct t.
Refer to Pcture secton.
Change the montor color
settng from your computer.
Use "Trackng" to make an
adjustment. Refer to Pcture
secton.
Check and reconfigure the
dsplay mode of your graphc
card to make t compatble
wth the product.
Adjust the focus wth the
focus rng.
Place the projector wthn the
supported range.
