Installing guide & boundary wires
• Install the wires as shown in the diagram.
• The arrangement of your boundary and guide wires relative to the Husqvarna Automower®
Fence Door is important to the general operation of the mower in coordination with the door. If the
mower has trouble accessing the area on the opposite side of the door from the charging station,
or has trouble returning to the charging station after mowing, ensure that the wires are installed
according to these instructions.
• While the mower may operate without a guide connected, a guide wire is absolutely necessary
for operation with the Husqvarna Automower® Fence Door. It is not possible for the mower
to reliably pass through the fence door without installing the guide wire according to these
instructions.
• The mower does not run the cutting disk while following the guide. It is important to keep the
grass around the door and fence opening trimmed to ensure that the door can swing freely and
the mower can navigate through easily.
