SPEED CONTROL DIAL This feature enables you to pre-set the tool for a desired RPM when using the “Lock-On” button feature. The tool speed is adjusted by rotating the “speed control” dial (4) (Fig. 4) clockwise to increase the speed and counterclockwise to decrease the speed.
