Problem
No mist comes out.
Diffuser produces
an unusual smell.
Water leaks from
the diffuser.
Mist output is
abnormal.
Light blinks red.

Possible Solution
Make sure the diffuser is plugged in. Press
Add water to the diffuser.
The diffuser may have overheated. Turn off the diffuser and place in a
well-ventilated area away from sunlight for 10 minutes to cool.
If the diffuser is new, clean it thoroughly (see page 7). Use after
air drying.
Clean the diffuser if you've changed the type of oil being diffused.
Water may be dirty or may have been sitting in the diffuser for a long
period of time. Clean the diffuser (see page 7) and refill with clean water.
If synthetic essential oils were diffused, clean the diffuser (see page 7)
and use natural essential oils instead.
Make sure the cover is securely placed on the base.
The temperature or humidity of the environment may be too high. Move
the diffuser to a well-ventilated area.
There may be too much water in the diffuser. Make sure water level is
below the "MAX" line.
Clean the diffuser (see page 7).
There may not be enough water in the diffuser. Add water.
Add water to the diffuser.
Unplug the power adapter, then plug it back in. Press
diffuser on again.
