T R O U B L E S H O OT I N G Problem Possible Solution No mist comes out. Make sure the diffuser is plugged in. Press to turn the diffuser on. Add water to the diffuser. The diffuser may have overheated. Turn off the diffuser and place in a well-ventilated area away from sunlight for 10 minutes to cool. -
