Cleaning and care
Removing the drawers and glass
shelves from the freezer section
 Pull the drawer forwards a little and
out.
 Pull the glass shelf forwards a little
and out.
Inserting the glass shelves and
drawers into the freezer section
 Place the glass shelf on the guide
rails at an angle.
 Push in and lower the glass shelf.
 Place the drawer on the guide rails at
an angle.
 Push in and lower the drawer.
Replacing the charcoal filters
(optional accessories)
Replace the charcoal filters in the
holder every 6 months.
The  symbol on the start display
reminds you that the charcoal filter
needs to be changed.
Replacement KKF-RF charcoal filters
can be obtained from your dealer or
from Miele's website.
 Pull the charcoal filter holder upwards
to remove it from the adjustable shelf.

 Remove both charcoal filters and
place the new filters with the
surrounding edge pointing
downwards in the holder.
 Place the holder in the middle of the
protective strip at the back of the
adjustable shelf so that it clicks into
position.
 Touch the OK sensor control to
confirm that the filters have been
replaced.
The "Replace charcoal filter" reminder
will go out on the display and the
counter will be reset.
The  symbol will go out on the start
display.
