2.3. Manutenzione Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia e di manutenzione, isolare l’apparecchio dalle reti di alimentazione agendo sull’interruttore dell’impianto elettrico e/o sugli appositi organi di intercettazione. In caso di guasto e/o cattivo funzionamento spegnere l’apparecchio astenendosi da qualsiasi tentativo di riparazione o di intervento diretto e rivolgersi al nostro Centro di Assistenza Tecnica di zona. -

4.3. Installazione aerotermo Prima di procedere all’installazione dell’aerotermo, valutare se la struttura alla quale l’aerotermo deve essere fissato è idonea a reggerne il peso. L’aerotermo può essere posizionato sia in posizione verticale, appeso alle pareti dell’edificio, che in posizione orizzontale appeso al soffitto. La distanza ottimale tra due aerotermi, per una buona distribuzione dell’aria all’interno dell’ambiente da riscaldare, deve essere compresa tra i 6 e i 12 metri. -

4.6. Collegamenti idraulici Collegare l’aerotermo alle tubazioni dell’impianto di riscaldamento rispettando il senso di circolazione dell’acqua di mandata e di ritorno nell’a- erotermo. La disaerazione dell’aerotermo e dell’impianto è garantita dalla presenza di valvola di sfiato aria installata nel punto più alto del circuito. Prevedere a monte e a valle dell’aerotermo delle valvole di intercettazione in modo da escludere l’apparecchio e facilitarne lo smontaggio e la manutenzione dello stesso. -

6. MANUTENZIONE La batteria dell’aerotermo deve essere regolarmente mantenuta pulita dallo sporco e grasso. Soprattutto prima della stagione invernale, la batteria deve essere pulita con l’utilizzo di aria compressa sul lato delle guide d’aria frontali (il di- spositivo non ha bisogno di essere smontato). Prestare attenzione alle lamelle scambiatore, in quanto sono molto delicate; se le lamelle risultano piegate, raddrizzarle con lo speciale pettine. - Page 34 cod. Maintenance Before carrying out any cleaning and maintenance operations, isolate the boiler from the mains power supply using the switch located on the electrical system and/or on the shut-out devices. If the equipment is faulty and/or incorrectly operating, switch it off and do not attempt to repair it yourself, but contact our local Technical Service Centre. -

4.3. Fan heater installation Before installing the fan heater, make sure the structure to which it must be fixed can bear its load. The fan heater can be installed both vertically, wall-hung, and horizontally, ceiling-mounted. The optimal distance between two fan heaters must be within 6 and 12 metres in order to provide good air distribution in the room to be heated. If the fan heater is fixed to the wall, it should be positioned at a height between 3 and 8 metres above the ground;... -

4.6. Hydraulic connections Connect the fan heater to the pipes of the heating system in accordance with the delivery and return water flow direction in the fan heater. An air vent valve installed at the highest point of the circuit ensures deaeration of the fan heater and of the system. Provide shut-off valves upstream and downstream the fan heater in order to disconnect the unit and facilitate its disassembly and maintenance. -

MAINTENANCE The fan heater coil must be kept free from dirt and grease. Especially before Winter, the coil must be cleaned using compressed air on air front openings (no need to remove the device). Pay attention to the heat exchanger blades, as they are very delicate; if the blades are bent, straighten them with the special comb. 2.3. Wartung Vor irgendwelchen Arbeitsmaßnahmen zur Reinigung und Wartung das Gerät durch Ausschalten des Hauptschalters bzw. der entsprechenden Absperrelemente von den Versorgungsnetzen trennen. Bei Defekten und/oder Betriebsstörungen das Gerät ausschalten. Keine Reparaturversuche oder andere direkte Eingriffe vornehmen, sondern sich an unseren gebietszuständigen Technischen Kundendienst wenden. Eventuelle Reparaturen dürfen nur unter Verwendung von Original Ersatzteilen erfolgen. -

4.3. Installation des Lufterhitzers Vor der Installation des Lufterhitzers ist zu beurteilen, ob das Bauteil, an dem der Lufterhitzer befestigt werden soll, geeignet ist, dessen Gewicht zu tragen. Der Lufterhitzer kann sowohl aufrecht - an den Wänden des Gebäudes aufgehängt - als auch waagerecht - an der Decke hängend - angeordnet werden. -

4.6. Wasseranschlüsse Den Lufterhitzer an die Rohrleitungen der Heizungsanlage anschließen, wobei auf die Strömungsrichtung des Wasserzulaufs und -rücklaufs im Lufterhitzer zu achten ist. Die Entlüftung des Lufterhitzers und der Anlage muss durch den Einbau eines Entlüftungsventils am höchsten Punkt des Kreislaufs gewährleistet sein. -

WARTUNG Die Batterie des Lufterhitzers muss regelmäßig vom Schmutz und Fett befreit werden. Besonders vor der Wintersaison muss die Batterie an der Seite der vorderen Luftführungen mit Druckluft gereinigt werden (das Gerät muss dazu nicht zerlegt werden). Die Wärmetauschlamellen sind vorsichtig zu handhaben, da sie sehr empfindlich sind; sollten sie verbogen sein, müssen sie mit dem Spezialkamm wieder gerade gerichtet werden. - Page 50 cod. Entretien Avant d’effectuer toute opération de nettoyage et d’entretien, isoler l’appareil des réseaux d’alimentation en agissant sur l’interrupteur du système électrique et/ou sur les organes d’interception prévus à cet effet. En cas de défaillance et/ou de mauvais fonctionnement, arrêter l’appareil, éviter d’essayer de le réparer ou d’intervenir directement et contacter notre Centre d’Assistance Technique le plus proche. -

4.3. Installation aérotherme Avant d’installer l’aérotherme, il faut évaluer si la structure à laquelle l’aérotherme doit être fixé est apte à supporter son poids. 4.6. Raccordements hydrauliques Raccorder l’aérotherme aux tuyauteries du système de chauffage en respectant le sens de circulation de l’eau de refoulement et de retour dans l’aérotherme. La désaération de l’aérotherme et du système est garantie par la présence d’une vanne de purge d’air installée au point le plus haut du circuit. Prévoir des vannes d’arrêt en amont et en aval de l’aérotherme afin d’exclure l’appareil et de faciliter son démontage et son entretien. -

2.3. Onderhoud Alvorens reinigings- en onderhoudshandelingen uit te voeren, dient het apparaat van de voedingsleidingen te worden geïsoleerd door middel van de schakelaar van de elektrische installatie en/of de hiertoe bestemde onderbrekingsschakelaars te gebruiken. In geval van storing en/of slechte werking,dient het apparaat uitgeschakeld te worden en dient men contact op te nemen met het plaatselijke Technisch Servicecentrum zonder zelf enige poging tot reparatie te ondernemen. -

4.3. Installatie luchtverhitter Voordat u de luchtverhitter installeert, moet u beoordelen of de constructie waaraan de luchtverhitter bevestigd moet worden, geschikt is om het gewicht ervan te dragen. De luchtverhitter kan zowel verticaal, opgehangen aan de wand van het gebouw, als horizontaal, bevestigd aan het plafond, worden geplaatst. De optimale afstand tussen twee luchtverhitters moet, voor een goede luchtverdeling in de te verwarmen ruimte, tussen de 6 en 12 meter bedragen. -

4.6. Hydraulische aansluitingen Sluit de luchtverhitter aan op de leidingen van het verwarmingssysteem volgens de doorstroom- en de teruglooprichting van het water in de luchtverhitter. De ontluchting van de luchtverhitter en het systeem wordt gegarandeerd door de aanwezigheid van een ontluchtingsklep die op het hoogste punt van het circuit geïnstalleerd is. -

ONDERHOUD De accu van de hitteschakelaar dient regelmatig te worden gereinigd van vuil en vet. Met name in het winterseizoen, dient de accu te worden gereinigd met behulp van perslucht aan de zijkant van de voorste luchtleidingen (het apparaat hoeft niet te worden gedemonteerd). Let op de lamellen van de wisselaar, want ze zijn zeer delicaat; als de lamellen gebogen zijn, zet ze dan recht met de speciale kam. - Page 66 cod.
