The device should be cleaned and main-
tained regularly. Failure to keep the devi-
ce clean will adversely affect the service
life of the device.For cleaning and main-
tenance, follow the instructions stated in
the manual.

nance, unplug the product or
turn off the switch.
Non-compliance with the pro-
visions associated with the
cleaning of the device and
replacement of the filters
may result in a risk of fire.
Therefore, it is recommended
to follow the guidelines sta-
ted here. The manufacturer is
not responsible for the engine
damages or fires originating
from the improper use.
Clean using only a cloth dampened with
neutral liquid detergent. Do not clean
with tools or instruments. Do not use ab-
rasive products. Do not use alcohol
4.1 Cleaning of grease filter
This filter captures oil particles in the air.
You are recommended to change your
filter every 2 months under normal usa-
ge conditions.
• The method of removing the filters as
shown in the picture.
• Please do not use abrasive detergent
for it will damage the hood.

You may wash your grease
filters in the dishwasher.

CAUTION: In case of normal
use, clean your filter once in
a month.
To install filters for the following four
steps:
• Angle the filter into the slots at the back
of the hood.
• Push the button on the handle of the
filter.
• Release the handle once the filter fits
into a resting position.
• Repeat to install all filters.
4.2 Replacement of carbon filters
Activated carbon filter can be used to
trap odors. Normally the activated car-
bon filter should be changed every 3 to
6 months according to your cooking ha-
bits. The installation procedure of activa-
ted carbon filter is as below:
• Put the carbon filter on the back side of
the aluminium filter.
• Insert the steel wire into the frame of
the aluminium filter, one on each side.
You need to bend it to insert into the
other end of the frame.
• Make sure the steel wire fix the car-
bon filter onto the aluminium filter.
