Replacement of spare parts

Important:
After disassembly, clean all parts
of contamination (do not damage
parts). Check parts for potential
damage, replace if necessary (only
use genuine parts from GEMÜ).
13.1.1 Replacement of spare parts

1. Unscrew the cap 14 from the valve
bonnet 2 .
2. Loosen the lock nut 10.
3. Loosen the set screw 11 until the
compression spring 9 is released.
4. Loosen the cylindrical screws 15.
5. Remove valve bottom with O-ring 16.
6. Clean the valve if it is heavily soiled.
7. Hold the piston 4 with an appropriate tool
from below to prevent twisting.
8. Simultaneously unscrew the cylindrical
screw 12 from above with an Allen key
and remove it.
9. Remove the upper compressor 7 and the
lower compressor 8.
10. Remove the diaphragm 3.
11. Remove the piston 4 downwards.
12. Remove the compression spring 9.
13. Remove the O-rings 18.
Reassembly is the same procedure in

reverse.

piston.
11. Remove the compression spring 9.
12. Remove the lip ring 17
