VIEWEG USER MANUAL LIQUID DISPENSER DC200 series 6. Start & Operation • Connect the power inlet cable to the Power inlet connector on the backside. • Connect the Air Inlet tube from the compressor to the Air Inlet at the backside of the DC200. • Connect the Foot switch (opt.: – C-0040) or the dispense cable of the dispense robot to the foot switch connector in the backside of the DC200. • Switch ON the liquid dispenser. The green POWER-LED lights. The device is now ready for work. • Connect the cartridge to the adapter like following diagram: • Connect the air tube of the cartridge adapter to the air pressure output of the DC200 and adjust the pressure fur the cartridge on the front side with the pres- sure controller. - Page 8 VIEWEG USER MANUAL LIQUID DISPENSER DC200 series • Select MODE on the switch on the front side: Timer OFF: The DC200 dispenses as long as the foot switch is applied. Timer ON: The DC200 dispenses as long as the timer is adjusted. A short apply on the foot switch is enough.
