    MONTAGEHANDLEIDING VOORBOUWROLLUIK VR1000 INLEIDING Het VR1000-voorbouwrolluik is een rolluik, dat eerst tegen de raamkader gemonteerd wordt, alvorens als geheel met het raam in een gevel geplaatst dient te worden. Het rolluik zit tevens onzichtbaar in de spouw verborgen. Doordat het rolluik buiten de thermische schil van de woning blijft kan het toegepast worden in nieuwbouwprojecten van passief- en lage-energiewoningen.

Wees voorzichtig bij het lossnijden van de banden met een mes. Er kunnen gemakkelijk krassen op het lakwerk ontstaan bij onoordeelkundig openen van het karton.

    MONTAGEHANDLEIDING VOORBOUWROLLUIK VR1000 Controle van montage De montage wordt gecontroleerd door het testen van de functionaliteit. Het rolluik wordt neergelaten en weer opgerold. Dit moet zonder haperingen gebeuren. Controle van de haaksheid Draag er zorg voor dat het rolluik steeds waterpas en haaks gemonteerd wordt.

Figuur 17 & 18: verwijder de veiligheids- en motorvergrendelingsring Duw de as in de richting van de verende asprop. De veer wordt ingedrukt, en de motorkop komt uit de motorbeugel.
