3. Review wiring diagrams and make all connections.
*Note: When adding the "Door Open Sensor" (optional extra), it is important to remove the
wire jumper before adding wire.
4. Install Alarm Module into the "Utility Box".
5. Wire the transformer to the 240v AC Power supply (to be completed by a licensed electrician)
LEDs will start flashing showing the unit is operational.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
To clean the face plate, use a solution of mild soap detergent and water. Apply with a soft cloth or sponge
and rinse with water. Do NOT drip water directly into the alarm speaker opening on K1965-005 Alarm
Module. Do NOT clean with window cleaning fluids, ammonia, bleach or other strong solvents.
d) Important:
9v battery back-up must be tested every 3 months. Change if LED's are dim or if they do not display in
battery operation.
*Warning - NEVER install 9v lithum ion batteries.
