REMOTE CONTROLLED MOTION
GETTING STARTED GUIDE
1. Unpack
a. Unpack the Delta Motion Detector with Light.
2. Connect the batteries
a. Open the battery panel from the back of the alarm.
b. Remove the plastic tab to activate the batteries.
3. Install Motion Detector with Light
a. Find a suitable location for the alarm where the sensor
is at least 1.2m from the ground and has a clear line of
sight of the area you want monitored.
b. Use the included mounting screws to secure the
mounting plate to your wall.
c. Click the mounting plate in place on the back of the
motion detector unit, as pictured.
4. Switch On
a. Press "Arm" on the remote control.
b. A loud noise will sound to indicate the power is on.
5. Operating the PIR Sensor
There is a switch on the right hand side of the motion detector
unit which will allow you to change between the two modes:
Alarm + Light mode will arm 25 seconds after "Arm" is
pressed on the remote. The alarm will sound for 30 seconds
after detecting motion, and immediately re-arm afterwards.
Light mode will illuminate the LED when motion is detected
in low light/dark conditions. For example in a dark room
movement will turn the light on.
