Warnings
• Check the appliance and accessories for transport damage.
• Danger! Read the operating instructions carefully to reduce the risk of injury.
• Beware of very hot components!
• Caution! Wear ear protectors. The effects of the high noise level can cause hearing damage
in sensitive persons.
• Keep the pump out of the reach of children! Children must not use this electric pump.
• Packaging materials are not toys. Do not let children play with plastic bags, foils or small
parts. There is a risk of swallowing or choking.
• Do not use the appliance in flammable or explosive areas (e.g. petrol stations).
• Stop use for 15 min. if the temperature is too high or if the pump makes unusual noises
during operation.
• Keep the battery pump away from moisture.
• Store the rechargeable battery pump in a dry, clean environment.
• Do not drop the rechargeable battery pump or bang it against a hard surface.
• Please charge the device at least twice a year.
• Make sure that the appliance is sufficiently charged before use.
• Before charging the battery pump via the 12V adapter, please check the plug and fuse again
for safety. Do not switch off the vehicle engine while charging the battery pump via the 12V
adapter.
• Please note that this appliance is not designed for use in commercial, trade or industrial
applications. Use of the appliance in commercial, trade or industrial premises or for similar
purposes will invalidate all warranty claims.
• This power tool generates an electromagnetic field during operation. Under certain
circumstances, this field may actively or passively cause operational interference with medical
implants. To reduce the risk of serious or fatal injury, we recommend that persons with
medical implants consult a physician and the manufacturer of the medical implant before
using this tool.
• Read all the information and safety instructions provided by the manufacturer before using
the device to inflate objects.
• Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor housing as free as possible from dust and
contamination. To do this, wipe the appliance with a clean cloth or carefully apply a blast of
compressed air.
• Mains cables must not be crushed, subjected to impact or stretched excessively to avoid
damage to electronic components.
• Do not attempt to take the appliance apart. This may cause a short circuit or damage.
• Do not drop or shake the appliance, as this may damage the built-in circuit boards or
precision mechanics.
• To avoid the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the appliance to rain or moisture.
• Store the appliance in a dry, well-ventilated place and avoid high humidity/temperatures.
• Do not position the appliance near a heat source (e.g. radiator, oven) and do not expose it
to direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended during charging and place it on a fire-resistant
surface.
