previste da direttive comunitarie e della

E' vietato apportare modifiche al booster senza
approvazione STI.

PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO
Il booster derivativo della STI viene utilizzato
insieme al posizionatore su valvole di
controllo per aumentare la velocità di corsa.
E' stato progettato per pressurizzare una
camera del cilindro e contemporaneamente
depressurizzare l'altra.
In questo modo è possibile ottenere un
aumento della velocità della corsa in una
direzione utilizzando soltanto un dispositivo.
Il booster derivativo è attivato dalla portata di
scarico del posizionatore.

1.0 General safety instructions

1.0 GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.1 Before any operation is made, operators shall
follow the safety instructions of this manual and
di
adopt the safety precautions and general
accident-prevention rules required by EU safety
regulations and by specific laws valid in the
country where the product is installed.
1.2 Derivative booster's maintenance shall be
carried out only by skilled staff.
1.3 No modifications to the derivative booster
should be undertaken without approval of STI.
2.
OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The STI booster is used in conjunction with a
positioner on a control valve to increase
stroking speed.
It has been designed to pressurize one
cylinder's chamber and discharge the other
simultaneously.
In this way, an high stroking speed increase
in one direction can been obtained using just
one device.
The derivative booster is activated by the
exhaust flow rate of the positioner.
