1. The camera will check if the inserted SIM card is activated while searching for
signals in the "Test" mode;
2. If the SIM is not activated and has an active PIN code, "Pls input PIN-Code"
will appear on the screen after searching for the signal;
3. Then "SIM PIN" will become configurable on the "3G" menu page;
4. Enter your PIN in "SIM PIN"; the camera will turn off automatically. The
camera will automatically initiate the SIM card while searching for the signals
when you restart the camera after entering the PIN code.
Notes:
• "Pls input PIN-Code" will be displayed again if the wrong PIN is entered;
• Please re-try the PIN as if you see "Pls input PIN-Code" after searching for
the signal;
• The SIM is normally limited to being initialized 3 times; it will be blocked if
the PIN entered is wrong during these attempts 3 times. So, we suggest you
double-check your PIN before attempting again.
• Insert the SIM card into your phone to unlock it using the PUK code after a
3-fold attempt of activation based on the above steps.
