Security Measures
Disabling CD/DVD Drive
Disable CD/DVD drive operation to prevent the drive from being read/written and from being used to start the computer. You
can protect your data from unauthorized access or accidental overwriting.

Select [Disabled] in [Optical Drive] in the [Advanced] menu of the Setup Utility (
79).
NOTE
This does not work for USB CD/DVD drive.
