Operation
Recall
This function returns to the previously tuned frequency or channel. Frequencies or
channels tuned for more than 5 seconds will be activated as the next RECALL fre-
quency. When the RECALL option is pressed, the radio will go to the RECALL
channel or frequency and set the new RECALL channel/frequency to the previously
active channel.
For example, the radio is tuned to 118.500 in frequency mode and the user enters
frequency 120.630. After a few minutes, RECALL is pressed and the frequency imme-
diately goes back to 118.500. Pressing RECALL again will return to 120.630.
EM-121.5

tion changes the radio to frequency mode and tunes to the civilian aircraft emergency
frequency 121.5. It is assigned to a short press of the [TOP] key by default, but can be
disabled or otherwise assigned to the [PF1], [PF2] or [TOP] key using the menu (pp.
49-51).
