Water Dispenser Not Working
Possible Cause
First use / New Install
Water supply – household
Water supply turned off or not
connected
Supply line may be blocked.
On first installation there may
be air trapped in water system.
Filter may be blocked and need
replacing
Dispenser lock turned on
Frozen water tank

What to Do
Air may be trapped in the line the first time you use it. Press dispenser for two
minutes to remove trapped air and to fill the water system.
Alternatively, this installation may not have been completed correctly, You will
need a Service Technician to assist with this -
Check the flow rate of water elsewhere in your household. If it is slow or there
is no water, you may need to contact your water supplier.
• Turn water on.
• Run your water dispenser pad until water dispenses, this will displace
trapped air in the water tank and filter system. This will take at least 2
minutes. Once water has dispensed reset the dispenser pad for 2 minutes.
Check supply for kinks or leaks. To remove air, run 3 - 4 litres (4 qt) of water
through the dispenser.
Replace filter cartridge, see 'Water filter' section in your User Guide.
Press the water dispenser lock button
for four seconds until the light turns off.
Try raising the temperature using the internal control panel at the front of the
fridge section.
