The ENFORCER Post-Mount Wave-to-Open Sensor with Access Box is a full-featured exit plate
using IR technology to allow egress from a protected area or activate a device with just a wave of a
hand. Since it is touchless, it reduces contamination risks making it good for hospitals, clinics, labs,
cleanrooms, schools, factories, or offices where no special clearance is required for exit or where a
longer-range sensor may cause unwanted activation. A manual override button is also provided.
• Adjustable sensor range up to 7" (18cm)
• Front panel is IP65 weatherproof for outdoor use
• 1.2A Form C relay, adjustable output duration 0.5~30 seconds or toggle
• Gooseneck- or wall-mountable
• Manual override button
• LED-illuminated sensor area for easy identification
• Selectable LED colors (turns from red to green or green to red) on sensor activation
• Hinged stainless steel plate easily removable for easy wiring
• Includes heavy-duty steel box
• Power must be provided by low-voltage power-limited/Class 2 power supply
• Use only low-voltage field wiring and do not exceed 98.5ft (30m)

  • Page 2 Due to the nature of IR technology, an IR sensor can be triggered by a direct light source such as sunlight, • reflected light from a shiny object, or other direct light. Therefore, in some locations it may be necessary to install a hood or other barrier to shield the sensor from direct light sources. SECO-LARM U.S.A., Inc.
  • Page 3 5. Close and lock the front plate, taking care not to crimp the wires. 6. Remove clear protective film from the sensor before use. 7. Make a copy of the key in case of loss. SECO-LARM does not offer replacement keys. WARNING: Do not connect any device that will exceed 1.2A@24VDC.
