Step 1: Affix all eight mounting L brackets to the rack and bump rails using supplied 3/8" bolts, 5/16" flat
washers, and 3/8" nyloc nuts (16 places).
Step 2: Measure and mark the center of the truck bed so that you can easily center the rack. It is important
that you center the rack onto the bed to ensure even weight distribution. It is recommended that the Carrier
Rails are mounted 30" apart on the centers of the tubing as shown below. If the rails are mounted too close
together, the chances of the glass being able to tip off the side greatly increases. (Figure A)
Step 3: Place each of the Bumper Rails as close to the edge as you can without impeding any doors or
other hardware that may cover the bed of the truck. When all four pieces are in place as shown below,
they are ready to be mounted to the bed of the truck. (Figure B)
