Bio-Lon® ceramic
The baking surfaces have a white ceramic
non-stick coating. It is free of PTFE and
PFOA and prevents the batter from
sticking. Furthermore, it is scratch re-
sistant, easy to clean, resistant to
high-temperatures and environmentally
friendly.
