- Page 3 Connect your phone/tablet with the device through Wi-Fi using SSID and password. c. Open the “FindX5” app (only Android supported) d. The app will display this message if the phone is not connected to the Metta X5 device. e. Otherwise, if the phone is connected to the device Wi-Fi, it will lead you to the main page of the web app where you can configure your Metta X5 device.
- Page 4 Note: If the phone is connected to “X5 Receiver” Wi-Fi, but the application takes much time to show the initial screen, try disconnecting your mobile data or closing and reopening the app. f. Go to the System Configuration section, make sure the “Enable PPK mode” is disabled.
