Setup First, position the Duo document camera by rotating the camera arm to point the camera at the intended area to display. The camera arm can rotate along 3 axises, and the camera head can pivot 270º for webcam use.
HDMI Connection Use the included HDMI camera to connect the Duo to an HDMI display, like a projector, interactive flat panel, TV, or monitor. While using HDMI, the camera must also be connected to wall power through the Power Supply. Alternatively, the camera can receive power from a computer via USB.
USB Connection Use the included USB-C cable to connect the Duo to the USB-C port of a PC, Mac, or Chromebook. If your computer does not have a USB-C port, use the included USB-A to USB-C Cable to connect the Duo to a USB-A port on your computer.

When connected via USB to a PC, Mac, or Chromebook, you can use Duo as a USB camera for many camera-using apps (like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Screencastify, etc.), but we recommend using HoverCam software. Please visit the Duo support page to download software: www.hovercam.com/quickstart-duo...
Button Controls The following button controls can be used to operate Duo. Please note that the Snapshot, Resolution, and Record Video buttons only work for HDMI displays while in HDMI mode, while the rest of the controls will work in both USB mode and HDMI mode.
Local Recording While in HDMI mode, you can record videos or take snapshots and have them saved directly onto the Duo document camera. To do this, you first must insert a compatible MicroSD card (maximum 512 GB - not included). To access saved videos and images, connect the MicroSD card to your computer’s MicroSD card reader (or by using a USB MicroSD card adapter).
