- Page 8 Power/Charge USB Devices: The HGR-1000 Flashlight includes a USB charge/power port to charge/power USB devices. See Figure D. 1. Turn the bottom of the flashlight towards the left in order to unlock it. 2. Pull the bottom of the flashlight down to expose the charging and USB ports.

It can run either on the included rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery or it can run on AAA batteries using the included Alkaline Battery Cartridge and (4) AAA batteries.
