Power/Charge USB Devices: The HGR-1000 Flashlight includes a USB charge/power port to charge/power USB devices. See Figure D. 1. Turn the bottom of the flashlight towards the left in order to unlock it. 2. Pull the bottom of the flashlight down to expose the charging and USB ports.

4. Plug the USB end of the multi device USB Output Cable (included) into the HGR-1000 USB port (for Apple® products use the original Apple® cable). 5. Plug the compatible end of the multi device USB Output cable to your USB device. See Figure E.

Using Battery Cartridge To Power The HGR-1000: The HGR-1000 flashlight has a Dual Power option. It can run either on the included rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery or it can run on AAA batteries using the included Alkaline Battery Cartridge and (4) AAA batteries.

1. Load the Battery Cartridge into the HGR-1000. Make sure that the nipple end is inserted first. See Figure J. 2. Screw in the back portion of the flashlight. See Figure K. Your flashlight is ready to use! Figure J.
