GENERAL GUIDELINES & SAFETY

• Only for use with wheelchairs, scooters, and other mobility equipment

• Always anchor the ramp to the step or ledge before use.

• Never exceed the 800 lb weight capacity.

• When stored in an upright position, be sure ground is level.

If no level surface is available, ramp should not be stored upright.

• Children should not play on or around the ramp when in use or stored upright.

Page 3 ASSEMBLY Step 1: To secure the ramp while folded or unfolded, first thread the dowel pins. To release the pins, pull out the handles and turn clockwise. After the ramp is folded or unfolded, turn the handles counter clockwise. The pins will automatically insert into the ramp. To release pin, rotate the handle counter clockwise.

Page 5 FOLDING Step 1: Lock all four pins out by holding and pulling the handles back and rotating them clockwise. Once all four pins are locked out, continue to step 2. NOTE: Specific pin operations can be found on page 3. Step 2: Fold the short side of the ramp on top of the long side.
