camera fails

- Check the power supply is properly connected.
- Check that you are connected to Wi-Fi when entering the wi-fi password
and do not include spaces.
- Check that you have entered the Wi-Fi password correctly.
- Check that your router is connected to the internet.
- Make sure you have sufficient bandwidth.
- Check that your smartphone is connected to the same network entered
in the app.
- Check that the Wi-Fi network you are attempting to connect to is on 2.4
GHz and not 5 GHz.
- Pairing must be completed within 3 m of the Wi-Fi router.
- Check that the antenna is properly screwed in before installation. Do
not force it.
- Contact your internet service provider to check your router's settings
(UPNP activated, MAC address filtering deactivated, SSID not hidden,
DHCP activated, VPN or Proxy deactivated)
