Assembly and settings
ATTENTION!
Before commencing any assembly and adjustment operations, wait for the tool to
stop completely and remove the plug from the socket.
Parallel cuting (fig. 2)
1. Loosen the seting screw (6).
2. Set the parallel stop guide (16) according to scale, taking care of the width of the
saw blade.
3. Re-tighten the locking screw again (6).
ATTENTION! Make a trial cut on an unnecessary piece of wood.
Cut A - vertical cut 90 °, cut B - miter cut 45 °
Cutting depth adjustment (fig. 3)
1. Loosen the lever for setting the set cutting depth (14).
2. Lower the saw shoe (7).
3. Set the cutting depth on the scale (13). The tip of the tooth must protrude approx.
2 mm from the wood.
4. Retighten the setting lever (14).
Adjusting the saw foot (miter cut) (fig. 4)
1. Loosen the cutting angle screw (5).
2. According to cutting angle scale (4), set saw foot to the desired number of degrees
0/90 ° - 45 °.
3. Tighten the set screw.
Replacing the saw blade (fig. 5a + b)
1. Set the cutting depth to the lowest value.
2. Lift the pendulum guard (8) with the lever (10) as far as it will go, hold it and
press and hold the spindle lock (15) at the same time.
3. Use the Allen key (17) to unscrew the bolt (9) by turning it counterclockwise and
remove the collar.
4. Pull down the saw blade and replace it. The teeth must point towards the cut! Pay
attention to the dimensions!
ATTENTION!
The arrows on the saw blade and on the saw blade guard must point in the same
direction!
5. Secure the saw blade with the flange and the Allen screw.
Operation (fig. 6)
Turn on / off
The device is equipped with a safe two-button switch: It can only be turned on if you
take the handle and press both buttons (12). When the handle is released, the device
turns off automatically, so accidental activation is not possible.
ATTENTION! The device must be turned on before attaching it to the workpiece!
Connecting to electricity, wiring, socket design
• According to the data on the rating plate, the device is operated with alternating
current. Make sure that the voltage (V) and frequency (Hz) of the device, given on
the rating plate and in the technical data, comply with the network parameters.
The device is double insulated and equipped with a two-core cable with factory-fitted
plug. Do not connect a separate grounding conductor, and do not use one of the two
wires of the power cord to ground by connecting it to the grounding terminal of the
three-pin plug.
