DVD BASIC OPERATION
Basic Operation
1. Press "TV/AV/DVD" button to turn on DVD on.
2. Press "OPEN / CLOSE (EJECT)" button to load disc on disc tray.
3. Press "OPEN / CLOSE" button to close the tray.
•
Hold the disc without touching either of its surfaces, position it with the printed title side
facing up, align it with the guides, and place it in it's proper position.
•
A menu appear on the TV screen.
INITIAL SETTINGS
Common procedures of initial settings
•
Press SETUP button in the stop mode or resume mode to get the setup menu. Use DIREC-
TION buttons to select the preferred item. After finishing settings, press SETUP again
or PLAY to resume playback.
•
Initial settings are defined in the follwing three pages:

Settings in the first page
•
LANGUAGE
This is to set the OSD (on screen display) language. There
are English(English),Franch(Francais), German
(Deutsch), Spanish(Espanol) and Italian(Italiano) for
selection.
Press the "ENTER" button to scroll through the language
selection.
•
SUBTITLE
This is to set the subititle language:
[AUTO–ENGLISH–FRANCH–GERMAN–SPANISH–
ITALIC-OFF ]
Note : Should it not be the language you prefered (depends
on the support by the DVD disc), it can be selected dur-
ing playback by pressing SUBTITLE button on remote
control.
Press the "ENTER" button to scroll through and confirm
selection.
