The following usage guidelines are recommended for your Oster
jar for best results.
• Freeze jar to keep drinks colder for a longer period of time compared to traditional
plastic or glass jars. It will take approximately 3 hours to freeze the jar completely.
The jar may be used unfrozen if desired for your favorite recipes.
• Only freeze EMPTY jar. Failure to follow these instructions will cause damage to
Oster ® blender.
• Freeze jar in upright position for consistent beverage cooling.
• To keep blended drinks cold longer, keep lid on jar.
• Do NOT clean jar in dishwasher. Wash jar with warm soapy water or use the Easy
Clean method described below.
• Handle jar with care.
• Blue Chill ™ freezer jar contains non-toxic material.
• Not for use in microwave.

EASY CLEAN

Pour 3 cups of water in blender jar. Add 1-2 drops of liquid dishwashing detergent.
Blend detergent for 10 -15 seconds. Empty jar. Rinse jar thoroughly with clean water.
Note: Easy Clean is not a substitute for regular cleaning described above. It is espe-
cially important to disassemble and thoroughly clean your blender when processing
milk, dairy products, meats, seafood and eggs.
