First Time Setup

Before using the hearing aids

Download the HP Hearing App
on your iPhone® or from the
Android phone.
Step 2/12
Launch the HP Hearing App
for setup.
The HP Hearing App will guide you through pairing your
hearing aids to your iPhone or Android phone. iOS 11
or higher is required to use the hearing aids with an
iPhone, and Android 10 or higher for Android phones.

Step 3/12
Ensure the hearing aid with the L indicator is in the Left
ear and the hearing aid with the R indicator is in the
Right ear. You are ready to commence personalizing
your hearing aid.
HP Hearing PRO Hearing Aids are designed to be worn
in both ears simultaneously for ultimate hearing aid
performance.
Do not insert the hearing aids without Ear Tips being
fitted.
