Warranty
HP Hearing PRO Hearing Aids are warranted against
defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty
period from the date of original retail purchase (if
purchased at an Authorized Retailer) or the date of
purchase if purchased on the HP Hearing PRO site,
www.hphearingpro.com when used in accordance with
the applicable usage documentation.
The warranty period is two [2] years. For full warranty

Potential Cause
Are the hearing aids turned
on?
Are the hearing aids
charged?
Is the Charge Case charged?
Do you have excess wax in
your ear canal?
Are the Ear Tips broken or
clogged with earwax?
Potential Solution
Turn the hearing aids
off and then on again by
placing them in the Charge
Case. (See page 52)
