One Small Office On-Hold Adapter provides on-hold audio on 1 to 4 lines
Lines 1 & 2 are combined in one wall jack and lines 3 & 4 (if present) are combined in another wall jack

The Small Office On-Hold Adapter can be connected to
any phone jack in your home or office. We have supplied
two duplex jacks so you can share the jack with a phone
that may be presently connected to that jack.

Two "Duplex Jacks" have been included in
this package. Under this configuration, if
your telephone is sharing the same wall
jack, you will need to purchase 2 more
"Duplex Jacks" . "Duplex Jacks" are
available through most retailers.

Plug the AC adapter into a 110V power outlet and connect the other end to the
9V jack.

Plug the provided phone cord into the jack marked "Line 1/2" and the other end
of the phone cord into the wall jack which is servicing line 1 and 2.
NOTE:
Use a "Duplex Jack" (provided) to share the phone jack with an
existing phone.

Connect the audio cable from the "Playback Out" jack on your HoldWare Player
to the "Audio" jack on the music-on-hold adapter.
Repeat step 2 for additional lines
