Operation Operation Before first time use Clean the hot air-frying basket and the grid with drinking water (see chapter "Care"). Only then connect the hot air fryer to a suitable socket (see chapter "Technical data"). As soon as you push the hot air-frying basket by the handle completely into the appliance, the hot air fryer switches to standby mode and the power indicator lights up continuously.

The recommended settings are shown above the control panel and in the Zwilling app. When setting the time, note that the hot air fryer needs one minute to reach the set temperature.

Operation Hot air-frying Start the configured program by pressing the On/Off button. The operating indicator flashes while the program is running. When time is up, five audible signals are output and the appli- ance automatically switches to standby. Press the On/Off button again if you want to stop the program before this happens.

Prior to cleaning, let the appliance cool down unplug the power plug. Wipe the inside and outside of the hot air-fryer with a damp cloth.
