Beolink Video
The BeoLink Video kit gives you the possibility to
control any source in your main system, and to hear
or see it in the link room with the BeoLink Video and
a extra TV. The extra TV can be used quite
independently of the TV in the main room. Beovision
TV's with no Master Link connection can be used as
an extra TV in such a system.
The Beolink Video and the main system must be
interconnected by an aerial cable and a Master Link
cable in order to make the BeoLink installation.
Connections
Switch off the power for the entire system before
making the following connections:
A Master Link connection using a Master Link

cable.
An Audio Aux Link connection using an Datalink
•
AN cable.
Connect the main system and the extra TV to the
mains before connecting the BeoLink Video kit to the
mains.

Options
The extra TV requires option programming in order
to react properly when operated with i.e. a Beo4 or a
Beolink 1000 terminal.
MX (Beo4)
Hold the button while pressing LIST.

When the Beo 4 display reads OPTION?, press GO.
While the display reads V.OPT, key in the
appropriate number (2 or 6).
If the TV is placed together with an audio or a link
product, then use option 1 or 5.

Press PICTURE 2 STORE and then PICTURE 5 STORE.

Press TV SHIFT TEXT and then select TV: OPTION 2

Cuts-in the extra TV speakers together with the Timer
Play function in the main system (not all types of
Bang & Olufsen TV's have this feature).

system (audio and video), and control the playback
functions.

Switch on the radio
Start the CD player
Start the tape recorder
Switch on TV sound
Switch on satellite TV sound

Step through programs/tracks
Key in exact program/track no.
