It just keeps spinning in circles and then blinks a red light. I have tried cleaning all sensors etc. It has never worked and still isn’t working.

A red blinking light on the Onson BR151 indicates an abnormal warning, low battery, or that the device is not calibrated. If the robot is spinning in circles, it may be due to a calibration issue. To fix this, try recalibrating the device. If the issue persists, check for obstructions in the wheels or sensors and ensure the battery is sufficiently charged.

Has stopped mopping. Tank is full of water

The Onson BR151 may have stopped mopping even though the tank is full of water due to improper maintenance. A user mentioned that their original water tank filled with moss because they forgot to empty it after use. If the tank is not cleaned regularly, clogs or buildup could prevent water from flowing properly. Additionally, if cleaning solutions were used instead of just water, it might have caused blockages. Checking and cleaning the tank, ensuring proper installation, and avoiding cleaning solutions may help resolve the issue.

How does the mop function work?

The Onson BR151 mop function works by attaching a mopping cloth to a mopping holder, which is then installed on the robot. Water is added to a small water tank by opening the silica gel plug. The tank is installed into the robot, and the mop uses the water to clean the floor. It is effective only on dust-free floors and not suitable for carpets. After use, the tank and mop cloth should be cleaned and removed promptly.

While charging my vacuum, it's making a continual 'double' chirping sound. I've charged it before, and only the light flashed. Can you please tell me why it's chirping? Thank you!

The continual 'double' chirping sound while charging may indicate an issue with charging or a low battery condition. According to the light indication system, during charging, the power light is steady green and the recharge light slowly blinks green. If there's a problem, such as battery over-discharge or the product not being used for a long time, it may not charge properly and could produce warning sounds. Ensure the charging electrodes are clean and the vacuum is properly seated on the charger. If the problem continues, the battery may be over-discharged and require service.

My vac indicates it is fully charged. Leaves the port, gets about a foot away does a circle and shuts down. One of my electrodes on the port seems to be discolored. Am I am to replace that part?

Yes, a discolored electrode on the Onson BR151 vacuum could indicate dirt or damage, which may interfere with charging. If the vacuum is not fully charged due to poor contact, it could shut down after a short distance. Cleaning the charging electrode with a dry cloth is recommended.

To switch from dry mopping to wet mopping with the Onson BR151 robot vacuum, follow these steps:

1. Attach the Water Tank – Ensure the water tank is properly installed on the robot.
2. Install the Mop Pad – Attach the mop pad to the designated area on the robot.
3. Turn on the Robot – Press the power button to start the cleaning process.
4. Avoid Carpets – Lift carpets or ensure the robot does not go over them while wet mopping.

This setup enables the robot to perform wet mopping instead of just dry cleaning.
