What is per and how do I fix it since it is bouncing into the red on one of my tuners?

PER (Packet Error Rate) in Harmonic XOS indicates the rate of errors in received transport stream packets. If it is bouncing into the red on one of the tuners, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Launch the Platform Configuration app and go to the RF / Tuner tab.
2. Check the LO (Local Oscillator) frequency and confirm it matches the characteristics of the antenna (LNB).
3. Verify tuner settings.
4. Monitor the statistics and counter values for a few minutes to observe performance.
5. Check antenna connectivity.
6. If available, use another XOS to compare behavior on the same feed.

These steps help identify issues with signal quality or incorrect configuration.
